DEFINITIONS
VP – Vision Provoker
VID – Voluntary Independent Donor
G.I.L.C.C.O.H – God First, Integrity, Loyalty, Competency, Consistency, Openness and Honesty.
Sponsor: A VID who personally signs up another VID.
Month : A calendar month, i.e. 1st January through to the 31st January.
Domestic: Pertaining to the VID’s home country.
Downline: All VIDs sponsored under a VID, until 3rd generations down.
Team Volume Bonus: A cash payment from the Company to a qualified VID who contributed R100 and each member within his/her tree.
TVB: Team Volume Bonus.
Active VID: A member who has contributed R100 to accumulate Personal credits in his/her home country during a calendar month. The active status of a VID is established each month and is part of the qualification requirement to receive a monthly volume bonuses,
Personal credit (‘PC’): A value assigned to contributions to determine, bonuses earned for VIDs as set forth in the Vision Provokers Marketing Plan. All Personal credits are calculated on a month-by-month basis.
Participating country: A country that has permitted Vision Provokers None Governmental Organisation to operate within and engage their citizens for participation.
Re-sponsored VID: A Vision Provoker who has changed his/her sponsor after six months of non-participation.
1. INTRODUCTION.
1.1. Vision Provokers None Governmental Organisation is a company that have a vision in truly, honestly and practically changing the economic landscape of the African Continent.The company is incorporated in accordance with, and governed by the provisions of the Companies Act, 2008, without any limitation, extension, variation or substitution; and the provisions of its Memorandum of Incorporation.
1.2. We are a principled God fearing Company guided by the seven dimensions of trust led by an additional one being God first. They are as follows: GILCCOH

e. Consistency.
f. Openness.
g. Honesty.
1.3. We are currently perusing and positioning ourselves within the Personal & Professional Development paradigm which is considered to reflect a Consultation style type of business model that is truly unconventional. As a newcomer we are here in this arena not to compete but to dominate our own space and territory since we are unique altogether.
1.4. Vision Provokers (VID), a South African based NGO that integrates multinationals across the African Continent through social cohesion, across the African continent through its unique concept that encourages the spirit of Ubuntu.
1.5. Vision Provokers provides each VID with the best support staff and marketing plan in the industry. Our unique NGO provide an opportunity for our members to improve the quality of their lives and equal access to success through social cohesion and loyalty to work the programme.
1.6. Unlike most business opportunities, Vision Provokers has little financial risk to VID’s participants since no minimum capital investment is required.
1.7. Vision Provokers does not represent that a VID will achieve financial success without working or by relying solely on the efforts of others.
1.8. Compensation in Vision Provokers is based upon the introduction of not more than 20 members directly sponsored under the 1st generation and a monthly consistent contribution of R100. The payments are strictly to be done via ATM or EFT only, no payments must be done inside the bank or else the depositor must add R30 for bank charges.
1.9. The business Provocateur has a tried and tested experience in the network marketing industry. The fundamental goal of the Vision Provokers Marketing Plan is to promote social cohesion and practically eradicate poverty within the African Continent.
1.10. The primary purpose of the Vision Provokers is to build a solid foundation within communities, enhance the spirit of Ubuntu (Humanity) and promote the necessity of monthly contribution to ensure that an African child does not go to bed with an empty stomach and has the buying power to sustain an African economy.
1.11. A successful VID gains exclusive knowledge of the company and network marketing industry by attending training meetings, maintaining cohesive relationship with down lines, personal monthly contributions, and sponsoring other VIDs to understand our acronym G.I.L.C.C.O.H.

1.13. Either RSA Identity document, birth certificate or a valid passports are required to join the business.
1.14.
(a) Company policies have been implemented to provide restrictions, rules and regulations for good conduct, marketing procedures and to prevent improper, abusive or illegal acts. Such company policies are revised, modified and added to, from time to time. Revisions, modifications or amendments to the Company Policies and the Code of Professional Conduct shall be published on www.visionprovokers.co.za and shall become effective 30 calendar days after publication.
(b) Each VID has an obligation to become familiar with the company policies in existence at the time of enrolment and as revised, modified or amended by the Company. Each VID is independent and success or failure depends on personal effort.
(c) Each VID, upon completing the Vision Provokers membership application form, agrees to abide by Vision Provokers company policies.
(d) Any acts or lack of action, which results in a misuse, misrepresentation or violation of the company policies and/or the Code of Professional Conduct, may cause termination of membership granted to participate and use Vision Provokers registered trademarks and other marks, including the right to do any presentation in the name of Vision Provokers.
(e) Notwithstanding the foregoing, any revision, amendment to, or termination of
i. the Dispute Resolution agreement contained in these Company Policies and the Code of Professional Conduct and/or
ii. The agreements contained in the Dispute Resolution Policy referenced therein and available on Vision Provokers Company website at www.visionprovokers.co.za, shall not apply to a dispute of which the Company has actual notice of prior to the effective date of such revision, modification, amendment or termination.
(f) The effective date of any such revision, modification, amendment or termination shall be 30 days after the revision, modification, amendment or termination is posted on the Vision Provokers Company website at ww.visionprovokers.co.za.
1.15. Vision Provokers NGO (which is referred to in this handbook as ‘the Company’ and/or ‘Vision Provokers) is the promoter of this Social cohesion system.
1.16. Vision Provokers NGO is originated in Pretoria, Gauteng Province in the Republic of South Africa.
1.17. The Vision Provokers Marketing Plan is founded upon God first, Integrity, Loyalty, competence, consistence, Openness and honesty, and allows an equal and fair opportunity for everyone to achieve success.
1.18. No amendment to the rules will require VIDs to incur any expenditure, but they may require them to amend their business practices.
1.19. All VIDs agree to comply with the rules and regulations set out in this company policy handbook and agree that the Company has a right to change these rules at any time on not less than thirty days’ written notice. VIDs agree to comply with those rules, as amended, and that they form part of their contract with the Company. Any changes to the policy handbook will be notified to VIDs in the Company’s weekly e-newsletter (and/or by email / notification from The Vision Provokers) and VIDs agree that this is sufficient notification. VIDs agree that if they are inactive, and in consequence do not receive a weekly e-newsletter, they are still bound by any change to the policy handbook set out in that e-newsletter.
1.20. A copy of the company policy handbook should be supplied to new VID by the sponsor upon registering as a member.
1.21. It is illegal for the Company VID to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the scheme. Do not mislead by making claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
1.22. The Vision Provokers NGO Plan provides for active VIDs to receive monthly team bonuses for their contributions and those of their sponsored group. The Marketing Plan and all company incentive programmes are intended to promote sound multi-level marketing (‘MLM’) building principles.
1.23. The basic element of the Marketing Plan is the profit plan, by which active VIDs will receive a bonus based on their monthly R100 contributions made by their teams.
1.24. IBOs agree that the Company has the right to change the Marketing Plan, the rates of bonuses paid by the Company and the events in respect of which bonuses are paid, at any time on not less than thirty days’ written notice.
13. Prohibited Activities
13.1. The Executive Committee’s decision to terminate a Vision Provoker’s business or to disallow, realign or adjust the personal , bonuses, Personal credits, compensation or any incentive awards for any VID’s involvement in activities or omissions that are not in conformance with Company policies or the Code of Professional Conduct shall be final. Intentional acts of omission and disregard for the Company policies by a VID shall be severely dealt with and may include termination and legal action for damages.
13.2. Prohibited activities causing grounds for termination and liability for any damages caused by such acts include, but are not limited to, the following conduct:
(a). Fraudulent sponsoring of a VID is prohibited from sponsoring individuals without the knowledge of and execution of an Independent Business Owner application and agreement by such individuals, the fraudulent sponsoring of an individual as a VID, or the sponsoring or attempted sponsoring of non-existent individuals as VIDs (‘phantoms’) to qualify for commissions or bonuses.
13.3. In order to ensure no inventory loading is occurring:
(f). An official appointed Office bearer either verbal or paper are prohibited from appearing in, being referenced in, or allowing the VID’s name or likeness to be featured or referenced in any promotional, recruiting or solicitation materials for another network marketing company.
(g). a VID is prohibited from any action or failure to act which evidences intentional disregard and gross negligence of Company policies or the Code of Professional Conduct.
(h). Using unauthorised literature. The Company’s prior written approval is required to use, produce or sell any sales aid or materials other than those provided by Vision Provokers.
(i). Sponsoring a VID into another company a VID may belong to another network but they are not permitted to engage in such activities that involve the soliciting of any person, whom a VID, or a person who has been a VID within the previous twelve months, knows, or would reasonably have reason to know, is a VID. They are also not permitted to, in the opinion of the Company, attempt to build or establish a business that would cause a detrimental effect to, or be at the expense of, other VIDs, their customers, their group or the Company.
(j). Making earnings claims VIDs may not make any representation, expressly or by implication, regarding the amount or level of income, including full-time or part-time income that a prospective VID can reasonably expect to earn. Implied representations of income that a VID reasonably can expect to earn include, but are not limited to, representations and/or images used to show a dramatically-improved, luxurious or lavish lifestyle.
(k). Operating business by proxy. A Vision Provokers business, and any resulting downline, created or operated by proxy, either intentionally or inadvertently, is prohibited, and shall be adjusted for compliance with Company policies and the Code of Professional Conduct by the Executive Committee.
(m). Exerting influence a VID is prohibited from attempting in any manner to induce, coerce or persuade any other VID to terminate his or her position, cease doing business or reduce his or her business-building activities for any reason.
1.3.4. Improper Conduct. Vision Provokers shall have the exclusive right to terminate a VID’s membership without notice, if he/she engages in conduct that, in Vision Provokers’ reasonable judgment:
(i). Is contrary to the spirit of Vision Provokers;
(ii). Is unbecoming of a representative or VID of VID Company;
(iii). Is or could be harmful to the interests of Vision Provokers; or
(iv). does or could bring the Company into disrepute. Upon termination under this section(s), VIDs are forbidden from making derogatory or disparaging statements concerning Vision Provokers to any third party.
14. Company Policies
14.1. The VID’s relationship with the Company is one of a contractual nature. Only individuals in possession of a valid RSA Identity document, birth certificate or a valid International passport document, may contract with VID to be a VID:
(i). All VIDs are self- employed independent VIDs. They are not agents, representatives or employees of the Company. They are to conduct their business within their own time and by any means, method or manner of operation they may choose, provided they conform to all the agreed terms contained in the Company policies and the G.I.L.C.C.O.H principle, English law and any other applicable regulations or codes of practice.
(ii). a VID is independent and not an agent, legal representative or employee of the Company. As such he/she is solely responsible for all aspects of his/her business including all taxes, income tax, VAT, National Insurance contributions and any other fees or licences that are payable or required to conduct his/her business. a VID is responsible for all expenses incurred in running his/her business.
(iv). A Vision Provoker is considered an independent contractor, and is required to conduct his/her business within the terms and conditions of Vision Provokers Multilevel Social Network business agreement, and in compliance with the Company policies and the Code of Professional Conduct that are applicable in the country in which he/she is conducting business.
(v). If the spouse of a legally married terminated VID wishes to create his/her own Vision Provokers Business within one year of the date of termination, he/she may do so by sponsoring directly under the Terminated VID’s former Sponsor. However, if joining a year or more after the Termination, the spouse may choose any VID as his/her Sponsor.
(vi). A VID shall be held responsible to properly manage his/her Vision Provokers business, specifically, but not limited to, preventing family members from using information obtained through such Vision Provokers business to circumvent compliance of Company policies.
(vii). A VID may not, under existing legislation, set up bank accounts in the name of Vision Provokers, or by any other means ‘pass themselves off’ as Vision Provokers .
1.4.3. A VID may develop his/her own marketing techniques, so long as they are not in violation of any Company, governmental or legislative rules, regulations or statutes.
1.4.4. Any transfer other than by inheritance of a Vision Provokers Business, without prior Company approval, is prohibited and any such transfer shall be void. For the purpose of this provision, a change of beneficial interest of a trust-held Vision Provokers business shall be treated as a transfer, which requires written approval by the Company to be valid.
1.4.5. Except as herein provided, a VID is prohibited from, directly or indirectly, changing sponsors. VISION PROVOKERS will only consider the first valid application received by the home office. Subsequent applications shall be disallowed.
1.4.6. Making changes:
(a). When a VID changes residence to a different country, he/she must notify the old country of residence so that the address can be changed and a new home country assigned.
(b). IBOs are responsible for ensuring Head Office holds the correct details for correspondence and payments. The Company cannot be liable for any losses incurred through a VID failing to update their details.
1.4.7. Errors or questions If a VID has questions about or believes any errors have been made regarding the personal, bonuses, downline activity reports, charges, or changes, the VID must notify the company within seven (7) days of the date of the purported error or incident in question. Vision Provokers will not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or problems not reported within seven (7) days.
1.5. Voluntary termination:
(a). Termination means a severance of all domestic and international privileges and contractual rights available to a VID. The termination will result in the inability to qualify for bonuses, and severance of participation in all other benefit programmes sponsored by the Company.
(b). If a VID terminates their Vision Provokers Business, or if the Company terminates it, they will not receive a refund. The VID may only re-register after six months from the date of termination by completing a new application form.
(d). If a VID wishes to terminate their Vision Provokers business, they may do so at any time by giving seven (7) days written notice to the Company at its Head Office.
(e). The terminating VID forfeits all downline, including those in foreign countries, established at the time. Following termination his/her down lines are transferred to his/her sponsor in the existing generation sequence.
1.5.1. Termination or suspension for cause
(a). A terminated VID shall, upon demand by Vision Provokers , be liable to repay, return or compensate Vision Provokers for any benefit programs, prizes, inventories, or bonuses received from Vision Provokers from and after the date of the activities causing such termination. After recouping any costs or damages resulting from the terminated VID’s conduct, forfeited bonuses, caused by such termination, shall be retained by the company.
(b). After six months, a terminated VID may reapply subject to home office approval. Upon such approval the VID will enter as a new member, and will not have the previous downline organisation restored.
(c). Suspension is a temporary status that prohibits a VID from, receiving profit and bonus payments, and sponsoring other VIDs.
(d). The Company reserves the right to terminate a Vision Provokers business by giving fourteen days’ written notice. The period of notice of the termination shall start to run from the day when such notice is posted by first class post to the address on file at Head Office.
(e). The Company reserves the right to terminate any Vision Provokers business as a result of a conduct or actions by a VID or his/her spouse that are consistently in violation of the Company policies and the Code of Professional Conduct. Where the Company or its staff become aware of such conduct, a written warning will be sent to the postal address/email address on file at Head Office, asking the VID or his/her spouse to cease and desist from such conduct. If the VID does not heed this warning and respond to Head Office with a written undertaking to cease and desist, then the Company reserves the right to terminate the Vision Provokers Business agreement with immediate effect.
(f). In cases of gross misconduct or actions that seriously violate the interests of the Company or its VIDs, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Vision Provokers Business immediately without any prior warning or notice.
17.10. Internet policies
(a) Independent VID websites marketing and promoting the business opportunity, without online sales or sponsoring, are permitted so long as they comply with, or are modified to, comply with Company policies and the Code of Professional Conduct.
(b) A VID may not use the name ‘Vision Provokers’ or any of its trademarks, trade names, product names, domain names (URL) or copy/use any Company materials from any source that may result in misleading or confusing the user into thinking the VID’s website is that of the Company or any of its official affiliates. Vision Provokers is strictly proprietary to the Company and cannot be used by any VID as a sponsored link or for any other unauthorised use. An independent VID website must clearly indicate that it represents an independent VID who is not an agent of the Company.
(c) Websites and social media sites created by VIDs must clearly state that they, the individual, are an independent Business Owner, who is self-employed and not an employee of Vision Provokers.
2. LOYALTY STATUS
(a) Active Personal credits determine a VIDs active status each month.
(b) A non-contributor of R100 in a current month will not receive a monthly team volume bonus for the current month and will incur a R200 penalty fee to be active again. Consistency is the crux of this business.
(c) In a case of a member skipping three months consecutively, his/her membership will be terminated with immediate effect and the rest of the downlines within the same tree will move one level up to close the gap left by a member who’s contract is terminated..
(d) In a case of a previous member intending to re-join the Company, he/she will have to follow the normal procedures as a new member, he/she will not inherit his/her previous status tree.
(e) A member who skips a monthly contribution of R100 will forfeit his/her current month team volume bonus and will not be carried over to the next month.

Marketing Plan
2.2.1. Activity qualification
(a) To qualify for the VISION PROVOKERS NONE GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION TEAM VOLUME BONUS , You must have registered with R200 none refundable, be an active and current contributor of R100, 00 for the current month. This simply means that –a VID must be active and meet all other requirements of the Marketing Plan during the calendar month in which the bonuses were accrued.
(b) The Sponsor will earn R10, 00 each of a directly sponsored individual not exceeding a maximum of 20 directly sponsored Vision Provoker as his/her 1st Generation provided that each pay his/her monthly contribution.
(c) The Sponsor will earn R15, 00 each of a VID from his/her second Generation provided that each pay his/her monthly contribution.
(d) The Sponsor will earn R30, 00 each of a VID from his/her second Generation provided that each pay his/her monthly contribution.
(e) A Vision Provoker who does not achieve active status will not be paid a Team Volume Bonus for that month, and shall not be considered an active VID. Any earned volume bonus will be forfeited.
(f) A VID who forfeits any volume bonus may requalify the following month (with a penalty fee of R300). He/she will not receive the forfeited bonus of the previous month.
(g) By signing in the registration form, a VID agrees that R45 of the monthly R100 contribution will go towards charity.
(h) It is an individual VID’s responsibility to pay tax to the relevant authorities within his/her home country and or the country of business operation.
2.2.2. VISION PROVOKERS NONE GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONTEAM VOLUME BONUS has four level recognitions to honour those who managed to accomplish the vision of the company and achieve to give ordinary citizens, a buying power.
The levels are as follows:
Vision Diamond: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to sponsor 20 individuals into the business to be VIDs on his 1st Generation.
Level 1 – Silver VID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 155 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 5 in 1st Generation, 25 in 2 nd Generation and 125 in 3rd Generation and earning R4 175 monthly Team Volume Bonus.
Level 2 Platinum VID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 1 110 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 10 in 1st Generation, 100 in 2 nd Generation and 1 000 in 3rd Generation and earning R31 600 monthly Team Volume Bonus.
Level 3 Gold VID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 3 615 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 15 in 1st Generation, 225 in 2 nd Generation and 3 375 in 3rd Generation and earning R104 775 monthly Team Volume Bonus.
Level 4 Palladium VIP: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 8 420 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 20 in 1st Generation, 4000 in 2 nd Generation and 8 000 in 3rd Generation and earning R246 200 monthly Team Volume Bonus.
2.2.3. The Company has an annual reward bonus that is paid every year in the month of the company anniversary. It is a social cohesion effort that propel each VID to build a solid team from the day of registration ensuring a complete and motivated team of contributors. In the month of October, each VID will contribute R500 once off and Team Volume Bonuses will be as follows:
Level 1 – Silver VID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 155 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 5 in 1st Generation, 25 in 2nd Generation and 125 in 3rd Generation and earning R21 750 once off Team Volume Bonus
Level 2 Platinum VID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 1 110 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 10 in 1st Generation, 100 in 2nd Generation and 1 000 in 3rd Generation and earning R160 500 once off Team Volume Bonus.
Level 3 GoldVID: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 3 615 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 15 in 1st Generation, 225 in 2nd Generation and 3 375 in 3rd Generation and earning R506 250 once off Team Volume Bonus.
Level 4 Palladium VIP: This is a Vision Provoker who managed to develop 8 420 individuals within his/her marketing tree. 20 in 1st Generation, 4000 in 2nd Generation and 8 000 in 3rd Generation and earning R1 241 000 once off Team Volume Bonus.
2.2.4. Bonus payments are paid direct into the VID’s bank account detailed on the VID’s application on the 10th of the month following activities of the previous month. For example, bonuses for January contributions will be paid into that account on 10th February. When the 10th day of the month falls on a Saturday, payments will be paid into that account on the prior Friday (the 09th). When the 10th day of the month falls on a Sunday, payments are paid into that account on the following Monday (the 11th).
2.2.5. The company has taken an unpopular decision to accommodate those who do not qualify to open bank accounts. On registration of such member having provided his/her Identity Document number, Passport number and an online live personal photo. We will issue the new VID with a prepaid visa card that will be loaded with money upon qualification in that particular month. Restrictions for the usage of the card is as follows: minimum daily withdrawal is R5 000 with a monthly limit of R25 000.
2.2.6. A VID who realise that his/her monthly earning will soon be surpassing the maximum limit of the card, should go to the bank of choice to open a bank account having all the necessary FICA documentations. It is the responsibility of and individual VID to ensure that he/she submit the correct banking details for the processing of his/her Team Volume Bonus. If it happens that the member is/was receiving TVB via a prepaid card and fails to move or notify the company of the new payment destination. In a case whereby he/she qualify to earn R40 000 or more, the company will pay only R25 000 to the prepaid card and he/she will forfeit R15 000. The company shall not be obliged to pay the difference into another different account. That will constitute money laundering. The company is obliged to pay one full amount determined by the company to one bank account only belonging to a registered VID.
2.2.7. The other payment method is via Shoprite. When required to pay via Shoprite we can pay only up to R5 000 per week, to the maximum of R25 000 per month. It will be based on the information supplied by the member on our system, no telephonic amendments will be entered into or entertained, as we are a principled company guided by the seven dimensions of trust being G.I.L.C.C.O.H. a VID will still be obliged to comply with Shoprite terms and conditions in terms of withdrawals. All elements of the bonus are tax compliant.
2.2.8. Any third party charges or fees accrued on payments made to a VID outside the country in which the profits/bonuses are earned will be the responsibility of the VID. Any other charges or spending by the VID while marketing his/her business incurred by the VID relies solely with the affected VID. The member cannot be reimbursed by the company, it is part of self-development.
3.1. VIDs 3 - Month Membership Policy
3.1.1. A VID who has not made a contribution of R100 monthly for 3 months consecutive calendar months will be automatically deactivated from the company’s database and forfeit all rights to any downline genealogy and any bonuses or other benefits generated thereby.
3.1.2. A VID who has been inactive for 6 months and deactivated from the company’s database is eligible to be sponsored again in any line, but without a restoration of any previous genealogy level. This is to deter any VID from poaching other VIDs from other teams, resulting in divisions and contradiction of our G.I.L.C.C.O.H principles
3.2. Declined Payments
3.2.1. Where a contribution for upon which bonuses have been paid is not rectified following a declined or charged back payment, the bonuses paid to the VID’s upline will be recovered at the earliest possible time by making a deduction from future bonus payments to the upline. Personal credits will also be adjusted.
3.2.2. The Company undertakes to give notice of at least one calendar month of impending contributions amount PC changes. This notice will be published in the Company’s monthly magazine (or via any other method the Company sees fit).
3.2.3. In the event of such changes, the Company will not exchange literature, except at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee.
3.3. International Sponsoring Policies
(a) This policy affects all international sponsoring.
(b) A VID can be sponsored into a country outside his/her home country by following the procedure outlined below:
(i) The VID’s original VIDN will be used in all countries into which he/she is internationally-sponsored.
(ii) The VID’s sponsor will be the person who appears as the sponsor on his/her very first application form accepted by VISION PROVOKERS, except in the case of a re-sponsorship sponsor change.
(iii) When a VID achieves Personal credits from the company, it becomes effective immediately upon qualification and is reflected in all other countries immediately.
(iv) When a VID changes residence to a different country, he/she must notify the old country of residence so that the address can be changed and a new home country assigned.
3.3.1. OBLIGATORY MEMBERSHIP
Vision Provokers membership is permanent for every member. It is therefore that every member who achieves the Palladium VIP status with the number of 8 420 down lines
The following will take effect:
a. The new member will now be recognised as the Company Crowned Ambassador.
b. The member will be honoured with a five star golden brochure. The first four (4) stars will be representing the four levels achieved in the business and the fifth (5th) star is the token of appreciation from the founder of the business for having achieved this historic milestone.
c. The new crowned Ambassador will then be entrusted to fulfil certain functions directed by the CEO of the company e.g. representing the Company for certain charity projects, international business presentations as well as attending board meetings on invitations by the Founder/CEO of the company.
d. It is therefore the wish of the Business model founder to develop one million crowned ambassador across the African Continent within the first Five years of the company operation.
3.3.2. INCENTIVES
Vision Provokers incentivise each member who officially qualifies to reach a level determined by the Company in terms of the Company Policy. The following incentives are approved per achieved level
a. Level 1- Sliver VID
The qualifier will be issued with a groceries gift voucher worth R2000 and will be obliged to contribute R100 a month towards Charity
b. Level 2 - Platinum
The qualifier will be issued with a cell phone worth R5000 and will be obliged to contribute R200 a month towards Charity.
c. Level 3 – Gold
The qualifier will be afforded to choose any electrical appliance of his/her choice to the value of R10 000 e.g Laptop, Refrigerator, Stove or Washing Machine and will be obliged to contribute R300 a month towards Charity.
d. Level – 4 Palladium VIP
The qualifier is afforded to choose the Holyday destination of choice for the weekend with his/her partner within the borders of South Africa. In case of members from international Countries, the Company will apply its own discretion and will be obliged to contribute R500 a month towards Charity
